About 2M Asbestos
2M Asbestos Consultancy was founded in 1985.
We have extensive experience conducting Asbestos Surveys in Schools (particularly CLASP), Hospitals, Factories, Domestic Properties, Leisure Centres and many more.
We advise Customers on how to Identify and Manage Asbestos.
We provide Training Courses for individuals, tradesmen, asbestos removal contractors and organisations to work safely with both licensed, and non-licensed asbestos containing materials. We also provide Asbestos Awareness courses to anyone who may come into contact with asbestos materials e.g. Office workers, caretakers, teachers, factory workers etc. that work in buildings which contain asbestos.
We offer an Online Database to allow Property Managers instant access to their current & historical Asbestos Management Registers, which contain the conditions and locations of all asbestos materials found within each property. This is particularly helpful to those with a large property portfolio.
We are based in Nottingham and operate Nationwide.

We are ISO 9001 Certified via PQAL.
All our Surveyors hold BOHS P402 – Bulk Sampling & Surveying qualifications and have at least 10 years surveying experience.
Our Quality Manager is a BOHS S301 Certified Competent Person. He is a Member of the British Occupational Hygiene Society. He also has a First Class Degree in Applied Chemistry, is a Chartered Chemist & a Member of the Royal Society of Chemistry.
2M’s Online Database is currently the only online database in the UK to have ISO 9001 Accreditation.

We hold £10m Employers Liability insurance, £10m Public/ Products Liability insurance & £1m Professional Indemnity insurance.
