- Toilet cisterns of this style, can contain asbestos.

- Asbestos insulating board (AIB) as a skylight liner. Commonly found in office buildings, colleges, schools etc. of the CLASP era.
- Asbestos insulating board (AIB) to an electric cupboard. Found in a traditional terraced property, Netherfield, Nottingham
- The boxing around the pipework, right-hand-side of toilet, is asbestos insulating board (AIB). AIB was often used instead of timber or plasterboard during the 1960’s- mid 1980’s
- Asbestos insulating board (AIB) used as ceiling panels to a Boiler room. Found to a small estate of residential bungalows, Nottingham.
- Asbestos insulating board (AIB) to an external fuse/ electrical cupboard of a domestic property.
- Asbestos insulating board (AIB) lining columns or end-cappings. Metal casings have been used to encapsulate them, but the AIB remains within.
